Défie Moi premieres its late night street food tonight in Hampden

Late night Asian-French slanted street food in a basement kitchen and you will need a password to enter - will you be one of the first to indulge in cuisine stylings’ of Chef Cyrus Keefer?  Défie Moi has 16 seats, a couple of four tops and then some two tops.  It is located in the basement of 13.5% Wine Bar + Food in Hampden at 1117 West 36^th Street, like the speakeasy probation days, it is who you know that will get you in. You know me – so here is the scoop.

On the weekends, starting tonight, and next week, just on Friday evening and thereafter, Friday and Saturday evenings Défie Moi will be open starting at 10 p.m. running to midnight and possibly later as it grows.  Each night the menu changes and tonight’s menu:
