If you had been to the old Bay Cafe you will marvel at the 1.1 million dollar renovation of this waterfront
space into the Boathouse. Pretty much new everything including wood
floors, acoustical boards aesthetically placed to absorb noise,
landscaping – the place looks great, appealing to a bit older
demographic than before. On my visit they were still working on their
covered deck and open deck area. Located at the water’s edge at Tindeco
Wharf at 2809 Boston Street, this place will be humming with
neighborhood residents and boaters docking in the area.
