Hersh’s New Double Fried Sundays and Chef’s Pre Fixe



The name is Hersh’s Pizza but they do so much more at the restaurant it should be called Hersh’s Italian Restaurant. Offerings on the menu are the wood-fired pizzas along with antipasti, primi, and secondi .

Let’s first talk Double Fried Sundays, featuring Baltimore’s only Calabrian fried chicken. Hershkovitz double fries his chicken and tosses it in a sweet and spicy Calabrian chili sauce.
