Tis the winter season for Restaurant Week(s) in numerous cities and counties. It is where restaurants promote and create special menus and dining deals to lure you in to taste their wares or come back once again for discounted dining. Notably, Washington DC has a later date this year, probably because of the inauguration and the restaurants accommodating an additional one million people to the city.
