Today is eat a peach day – throw them on your grill

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for grilled peaches with arugula, prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese courtesy of Chef Riccardo Bosio of Sotto Sopra Italian Restaurant in Baltimore.
