Peerce’s Plantation for many years was one of few go to places for the Lacoste, Burberry and J Crew horse set in Northern Baltimore county. A beautiful location near the Loch Raven reservoir Peerce’s thrived for many years but that changed. The site has gone through owners and re-incarnations in the past ten years.
