The farmer and the chef, the farmer and the chef, hi ho the dairy-oh it is the American Institutes of Wine and Food’s 1st Farmer and the Chef local culinary competition. The gauntlet has been thrown and eleven local chefs are being paired with local farmers to create a “farm to table” dish that will win.
