Don't you just love cooking classes? I do, being surrounded with other foodies, people sharing your same passion. Similar to being at a Raven's game of like-minded, purple-decorated fans, just not so many. Many of my friends and dining cohorts come from cooking classes I've attended - we've created cooking/dining clubs or go out to eat on a regular basis.
