Hear ye, hear ye all you pig loving folks, a La Grand Boucherie Happy Hour comes to town next Friday, January 29th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Mr. Rain’s Fun House in the American Visionary Art Museum. Chef Buzinski is taking a whole pig, roasting half Southern Louisiana style on his woodfire grill and creating other amazing dishes from the other half.
