I just enjoyed reading a humorous and informative article in Smart Money by Jason Kephart titled, you guessed it, 10 Things Celebrity Chefs Won’t Tell You.

We seem to go through adoration phases in this country. I remember when we were in the comedian phase, don’t you? All the sitcoms starring stand-up comics: Jerry Seinfeld, Tim Allen and eventually Ray Romano.
