I'm curious if anyone knows of interesting, unusual, great cooking classes / schools / programs. I'm interested in learning something new, as an amateur cook -- just for fun. I was thinking about the raw foods institute down in Fort Bragg, CA (even though I'm not a raw foodist) or the Apple Farm in Anderson Valley, CA but I'm wondering what else is out there.
