If Ilan couldn't afford a $500 video camera (and knew it when he went in to Radio Shack to purchase one), he could have borrowed someone's or rented one for a day to film his audition tape. That's what a responsible, ethical person would have done. Oh, that's right, we're talking about Ilan Hall here, aren't we? Ilan is so oblivious to what's right and wrong, he has no qualms relating this story to an audience of strangers in a professional setting.
